Delivery Policy

As soon as Paymob confirms your payment, the course appears in My courses and you can start learning immediately on the website. Free orders, points purchases and enrolments granted by our team are delivered the same way.

Lessons are streamed and opened in your browser while signed in to your account, on up to the allowed number of devices. Videos are not downloadable. There is no physical product and no shipping, so no delivery fees apply.

Access continues for as long as the course is offered on the platform, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

If a paid course does not appear within a few minutes, refresh My courses. If it still is not there, contact bassel@mokhtareon.com or +201094456745 with your order number.
